Sabre Voice

Jackie Drake
Jackie Drake is an English Writing major, class of 2018, from Fond du Lac. She enjoys writing realistic short stories with a touch of existentialism and reading anything witty. After graduation she hopes to become a writer or editor, but she currently enjoys her work as Intern in Marian’s Office of Advancement. She also serves as President for the Kappa Tau chapter of Sigma Tau Delta (International English Honor Society) which also runs the campus Book Club. It all keeps her happy-busy. She strongly supports the Oxford comma, loves the work of too many writers to name them all (Wilde, Austen, E. Brontë, O’Connor, Faulkner, Tolkien. . .) and her favorite movies are the Lord of the Rings trilogy.
